The construction industry involves managing complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders. However, the current software of managing project in the construction industry has been outdated and inefficient.

This project aims to revolutionize the project management through the power of AI. As the product designer, I built the SaaS system from scratch within 4 months and gained 86% of user adoption.
